1 Introduction

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify dg999 immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and the account permanently closed.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the dg999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. dg999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, or where the outcome is determined to have been corrupted by match-fixing or other irregular activity. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting
